You have to log your suitcase up two flights upstairs. If you can make it the apartment is nice inside however they are Positive: The location was very good Negative: There was no soap available to use either in the bathroom or the kitchen. The washing machine did not drain properly and it took the clothes a very long time to dry.

Spacious and clean apartment. Great location. Positive: Very spacious and clean apartment. Love the face that it has AC and washing machine. We didn’t know this ahead of time, but apparently there’s a bus stop right in front of the apartment. We could have taken the bus directly from from Colmar train station. We didn’t know so we walked through town which took 25 minutes. Still doable. I highly recommend this apartment. I would stay here again. Big enough for a couple and 2 children/teenagers. Negative: Need instructions on how to operate the washing machine. Couldn’t set it so that it goes into spin mode automatically after the wash is done. Also housekeeping should have been more attentive and refill liquid soap in the bathroom. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready. Fortunately the doors were open so we were able to enter. The housekeeping lady let us leave our luggage there while she finished up. No harm done since we could just start touring the town.

BUENA UBICACION, LIMPIEZA Y SERVICIOS MEJORABLES Positive: LO MEJOR DE ESTE APARTAMENTO ES LA UBICACIÓN RESPECTO AL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD. ADEMÁS, SI SE VIENE EN COCHE, NO ES DIFICIL APARCARLO EN ZONA GRATUITA POR ENCONTRAR CERCA LUGARES PARA ELLO. LA DOTACION DEL APARTAMENTO ES ACEPTABLE, AUNQUE ALGO JUSTA. Negative: EL APARTAMENTO SE ENCUENTRA UBICADO EN UNA SEGUNDA PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR, CON UNA ESCALERA MUY EMPINADA Y DE PELDAÑO CORTO, EN ESPECIAL EN LA SUBIDA DEL PRIMER AL SEGUNDO PISO, POR LO QUE EL ACCESO CON MALETAS ES ESPECIALMENTE COMPLICADO. INCLUSO SIN ELLAS, AL BAJARLAS HAY QUE HACERLO CON MUCHA PRECAUCION Y RIESGO DE CAIDA. ECHAMOS DE MENOS, AL MENOS, UN ARMARIO PARA COLGAR Y GUARDAR LA ROPA. NO HAY NINGUNO EN TODO EL APARTAMENTO. TAMPOCO DISPONE DE LAVAVAJILLAS. PERO LO QUE MAS NOS LLAMO LA ATENCION ES LA SUCIEDAD ACUMULADA Y SIN LIMPIAR DE LA TERRAZA EXTERIOR. NO PONGO FOTOS PORQUE ME DA VERGUENZA. UN MONTON DE TIERRA, PAPELES Y COMIDA SIN RECOGER POR ESTA SUPERFICIE. TAMBIEN ES CIERTO QUE ESTA TERRAZA NO INVITA A SALIR. POR OTRO LADO, LOS CRISTALES DE LAS VENTANAS Y LOS ESPEJOS DEL APARTEMENTO, ESTABAN SUCIOS. LAS ALMOHADAS DE LA CAMA DEL DORMITORIO, MUY PEQUEÑAS, PARECIAN COJINES DE SOFA.

Positive: Großes sauberes Appartement, das sehr zentral liegt. Moderne Einrichtung und unproblematisches Ein- und Auschecken über eine Schlüsselbox. Negative: Der Balkon ist sehr zugebaut, nicht unbedingt zum Sitzen. Das war für uns im März aber kein Problem:).
