Positive: Everything was fine. The flat is spacious, fully équipes with all necessities. Place is also great. It is very centre of the historical part. Negative: The very appartement is a bit tired. The location, although good from a logistical point of view, is very noisy. You can clearly hear people having fun in the restaurants in the evening and the trams in the morning.
