Positive: Fonctionnel.
Negative: Siphon de douche bouché (bac àdouche rempli d'eau à chaque passage), et sèche linge hors service (critère de sélection du logement).

Basterebbe poco per migliorare
Positive: Appartamento ben arredato con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un breve soggiorno. Posizione ideale in zona residenziale a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti.
Negative: Non posso dare un voto alto ad un appartamento sporco in terra. Inoltre al nostro ingresso c'era un forte odore di cibo cucinato (uova fritte con bacon o qualcosa di simile) in cucina e soggiorno ed un fortissimo odore di sigaretta in bagno.
L'interruttore del bagno è rotto/staccato.
Alle persiane del soggiorno mancano dei pezzetti.
