Positive: Apartamento muy bien dotado con todo lo necesario, sobre todo la lavadora me pareció un plus
Negative: Techos bajos aunque suficientes (somos altos), no tiene ascensor

Appartement bien situé mais bruyant le week-end et trop de lumière pour dormir la nuit.
Positive: Appartement trés bien situé
Negative: Il n'y pas de rideaux aux fenêtres et la nuit les volets ne suffisent pas .Il y a donc trop de lumière pour dormir. L 'appartement est situé en face d'un bar, c'est donc très bruyant le week-end. Il n'y a pas de drap housse dans les lits, ce n'est pas pratique du tout.

Positive: La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y 10 minutos del centro. Al lado de un gran parque, con niños genial.
Es muy comodo, aunque el sofa cama mejorable.
Cocina bien equipada. Lo recomiendo
Negative: Falta mantenimiento. Escaleras en caracol para subir
