Positive: Location was good, next to tram station and supermarket. Check in instructions were simple and easy to follow.
Negative: When we arrived there was no shower gel so we have to ask for it to be delivered next day. We asked for shampoo or tea but they said they dont provide those. Most surprisingly at the checkout they asked us to wash the dishes,take rubish out and not leave apartment too dirty. We travel a lot but were never asked too clean aparment we rented and payed for.
