Negative: The bathroom small and starting to fall apart

Positive: La stanza era molto intima e funzionale, corredata di tutto.
Negative: Il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare.

Super location, very comfortable
Positive: Great location, little home from home. Having a washing machine was helpful and the rest of the flat was clean and well equipped. Nice view over the rooftops too.
Negative: Bathroom was a bit scruffy in places and not as nice as the rest of the flat.
It was baking hot in the flat with only one fan. In extreme heat would be good to have more fans available.

Positive: Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Negative: Das Bad war sehr alt und schmuddelig. Teilweise kaputt. Die Wohnung war sehr heiß und schlacht belüftet. Der Preis war unangemessen.

Negative: No aircondition or “air flow”, so the apartment got quite hot and humid.
